KUWAIT CITY, Sept 19: The Criminal Court, led by Dhuwaihi Al-Dhuwaihi, denied the request to release the tweeter known as "Al-Fankoush." He was charged with operating several well-known accounts, including some managed from outside Kuwait and registered in London, and spreading false news about the state of the country.
