Court-Ordered Recovery: KD71.757 Million to be Transferred from Al-Rajaan Couple

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 29: The Public Prosecution has asked the Ministry of Justice to transfer KD71,757,000 to the public treasury and then recover this amount from the late Fahd Al-Rajaan and his wife Mona Al-Wazzan in line with the court ruling issued against them in public funds embezzlement case number 1499 of 2008, reports Al-Qabas daily. The prosecution took this step in fulfillment of its duty to protect public funds.
