KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: The Criminal Court has rejected the request for the release of a Kuwaiti teacher who is currently detained in Central Prison on charges of inciting a student to engage in prostitution and debauchery, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The Public Prosecution had charged the teacher with encouraging the student to commit these acts by sending indecent messages, images, and video recordings via the Internet. It has been noted that the teacher has a history of similar offenses, which he has not denied. The teacher remains in pretrial detention while the investigation continues.
