KUWAIT CITY, July 14: In a significant legal development, the Court of Cassation has denied the request to suspend the execution of the ruling against fashionista Fatima Al-Momen. The court has decided to postpone further deliberations on her case until the 21st of this month.
Al-Momen faces charges related to manslaughter following a tragic traffic accident. The incident, which resulted from allegedly running a red light, led to the accidental death of others. A preliminary verdict has already been issued, sentencing her to 3 years in prison based on the conviction.
