2023-2024 training saw 49 programs and 1,075 participants

KUWAIT CITY, July 15: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is gearing up to unveil its training plan for the upcoming fiscal year 2024-2025 in the coming weeks. This announcement follows the Commission's successful implementation of 49 training programs during the previous fiscal year 2023-2024, which saw the participation of 1,075 individuals from various government agencies.
In a statement released via its official "X" application account, the Commission emphasized its commitment to providing valuable training opportunities aimed at enhancing the performance of government employees. These programs are designed to elevate government service delivery and efficiency across different job categories.
Highlighting the diversity of the training offerings, the Commission outlined three key programs that concluded the previous training season. These programs focused on managing administrative disputes and conflicts for middle management, enhancing performance development skills and productivity for supervisors, and preparing new appointees within specialized roles.
The upcoming training plan for fiscal year 2024-2025 is expected to build on these successes, aiming to further empower government personnel with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet evolving public service demands.
