CSC clarifies employment rejection criteria for government agencies
Kuwait Civil Service Commission headquarters

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 24: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced on Sunday that government agencies are not permitted to reject candidates registered in the Central Employment System unless they fail to meet the technical criteria specified by the respective agency, if such criteria exist.

In a press statement shared on its official account on the social media platform (X), the CSC emphasized its commitment to implementing the resolutions of the Civil Service Council's meeting No. 13/2024, held on November 7. As part of this process, the CSC nominated 9,371 male and female citizens for employment through the Central Employment System on November 13.

The commission reiterated that all government agencies under the Central Employment System must adhere to the rule prohibiting the rejection of candidates unless they do not satisfy the technical requirements defined by the agency.
