CSC Ensures Employment Continuity for Women After Nationality Revocation

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 21: The Civil Service Bureau has announced that government ministries have been directed to finalize employment contracts for female employees whose Kuwaiti nationality was revoked under Article 8 of the Kuwaiti Nationality Law. The new contracts will take effect immediately following the revocation of their nationality, ensuring no disruption in their employment status. As per the directive, these employees will receive a comprehensive monthly bonus equivalent to their last full monthly salary before the revocation. This measure aims to maintain financial stability for affected employees while aligning with legal provisions.
