CSC launches new e-service on 'Sahel' app for tracking automated transactions
Kuwait's Civil Service Commission rolls out e-service on 'Sahel' app for inquiring about automated transactions

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 13: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) launched a new e-service on Monday, allowing users to inquire about the status of automated transactions available through integrated systems via the unified government e-services application, "Sahel."

In a statement posted on the social media platform (X), the CSC explained that the new service enables users to track the status of various automated transactions, including end-of-service settlements, experience calculations, job title changes, job progressions, social allowances, appointment procedures, and external transfers.
