CSC to launch new employee achievement record pilot
Civil Service Commission building.

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: The Civil Service Commission announced on Tuesday its intention to launch a trial of the Employee Achievement Record project. This initiative is expected to be implemented in five government agencies over a six-month period. The exact start date for the trial will be determined later. The project aims to document employee achievements and prioritize those with notable accomplishments for financial benefits.

According to the Commission's official social media account (X), the project will create an electronic file for each employee. This file will record all tasks, work, transactions, correspondence, meetings, and other activities to ensure the employee's efforts are preserved throughout their tenure.

The new internal system will allow employees to maintain their own records and document their achievements. This will ensure that employees with outstanding performance receive priority for financial rewards, training opportunities, and supervisory positions.
