KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Traffic Department, is continuing traffic campaigns targeting delivery motorcycles to improve road safety and curb violations that endanger riders and other road users. The campaigns involve monitoring delivery motorcycle riders’ compliance with traffic regulations and taking legal action against those found violating the rules.

Authorities are focusing on several key violations, including failure to keep to the right side of the road, improper stopping outside designated areas, disregard for road lines and markings, and failure to obey traffic signals. The Ministry of Interior said the campaigns would continue across various areas of Kuwait as part of broader efforts to strengthen traffic discipline and reduce risks on the roads. The ministry also urged delivery companies to closely monitor their employees and ensure they comply with traffic laws and regulations. Delivery motorcycle riders were reminded to wear safety helmets, observe speed limits and follow road rules to protect themselves and other road users.
