KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: Members of the Investigations and Public Security unit apprehended foreign nationals who specialize in the theft and illicit sale of diesel in Abu Halifa, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added the suspects tried in vain to escape but a hot pursuit culminated in the suspects being taken into custody. A detailed report was filed on the incident, with the accused acknowledging their involvement in the unlawful activity over several months.
