KUWAIT CITY, Mar 4: The Department of Organizing and Recruiting Domestic Workers, under the Public Authority for Manpower, has disclosed that it registered 418 complaints since the beginning of this year. Additionally, the department suspended 14 licenses and reinstated 31 licenses after the involved parties addressed the issues and complied with regulations. The authority also received three requests for license cancellations and renewed seven licenses. The authority further revealed that the total number of recruitment offices registered with it has reached 475.
In a separate announcement, the Public Authority for Manpower stated that it is open to receiving visitors from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Inquiries can also be made by calling the hotline number “103” during the same hours.
