MALIGNANT TUMOR OF THE SKIN

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: Ivan Karasev, a Russian oncology specialist and surgeon, has brought attention to three often-overlooked signs that could suggest the presence of a malignant tumor.

These indicators are persistent general weakness, a consistently elevated body temperature, and a lingering sore throat.

Dr. Karasev emphasized on the Russia Today website that these symptoms should be persistent and not of a temporary nature to raise concerns about the potential presence of a malignant tumor.

This is because these signs can be mistaken for the temporary symptoms of a common cold, which typically subside within a few days.

He further noted that a sustained increase in body temperature could be indicative of cancer development. General weakness, on the other hand, represents unintentional weight loss in the absence of changes in diet or deliberate exercise efforts. It is often accompanied by a lack of motivation for physical activity.

Regarding throat pain, it does not respond to treatments that address local inflammation or medications typically used for colds. These persisting symptoms should prompt individuals to seek medical evaluation and attention.
