KUWAIT CITY, July 24: Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, and Minister of State for Youth Affairs led a meeting with the inspection committee of the Arabian Gulf Cup Federation to discuss Kuwait's preparations for hosting the "Gulf 26" competition, scheduled for December. The meeting was attended by Bashar Abdullah, Deputy Director General for the Competitive Sports Sector, and Hayef Al-Mutairi, Acting President of the Football Association.

The inspection committee, chaired by Jassem Al-Rumaihi, Secretary-General of the Arabian Gulf Cup Federation, recently visited Sulaibikhat Stadium and Jaber International Stadium to assess progress and address observations from their previous visit. Dr. Al-Huwaila, Al-Mutairi, and Abdullah were present during the inspection to review the feedback and ensure all necessary arrangements were completed for the event.

The visit aimed to evaluate Kuwait's readiness for the "Gulf 26" competitions, set to take place from December 21 to January 3.
