PORTO, Nov 20: Dr. Khaled Al-Sharji, the former technical director of the Kuwaiti Handball Federation, international lecturer, and member of the coaches committee of the Asian Handball Federation, is actively participating in the seventh scientific conference organized by the European Handball Federation in Porto, Portugal.
