KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: The General Traffic Department, through its Traffic and Operations Sector, has arrested the driver of a half-lorry transport vehicle who was seen deliberately colliding with multiple vehicles in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, endangering the lives of others.

The incident came to light after a video clip circulated on social media, prompting the General Traffic Department to enhance its search and investigation efforts. Utilizing drones and deploying security personnel in the area, authorities quickly located the vehicle. The driver attempted to disguise the vehicle's features but was identified and arrested. He has since been referred to the appropriate authorities for legal action, while the vehicle has been impounded in the traffic impoundment garage.

The Ministry of Interior has stated its commitment to applying legal penalties against individuals who engage in such reckless behavior, emphasizing its dedication to ensuring the safety and security of all road users. The Ministry also reiterated that such dangerous actions will not be tolerated in order to protect the lives of citizens and residents.
