KUWAIT CITY, March 31: A security insider revealed that authorities in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate were alerted yesterday morning about an incident involving a vehicle carelessly overturning near Abu Al-Hasaniya beach. Upon arrival at the scene, it was discovered that the vehicle had been swept into the sea. The General Fire Department was promptly notified to assist in retrieving the submerged vehicle. Additionally, measures are being taken to seize the vehicle as deemed necessary.

Footage circulating on social media captured the moments leading up to the incident, showing a four-wheeler driving recklessly along the beach in the Abu Al-Hasaniyah area. The vehicle eventually flipped multiple times, causing its driver to be thrown into the air and into the water, sustaining injuries of unknown severity.

Fortunately, the person present at the scene narrowly escaped harm, having exited the vicinity just moments before the accident occurred.
