KUWAIT CITY, Nov 7: An unidentified individual in their forties has been handed over to the General Administration for Narcotics Control following their apprehension in the Jahra area. They were found in a state of drug abuse and in possession of a mixture of narcotic substances as well as drug paraphernalia.
According to a source within law enforcement, a patrol from the Jahra Security Directorate observed a vehicle speeding. Upon intercepting the vehicle and compelling the driver to pull over, it was discovered that the individual was under the influence of drugs and had narcotics in their possession.
During the subsequent questioning, the individual confessed to both personal drug use and the sale of hallucinogenic pills to other drug users in various venues such as cafes, health clubs, and camps.
