KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: Security patrols from the Farwaniya Security Directorate arrested two individuals caught using narcotics inside a car parked in a school parking lot in the Al-Firdous area at dawn. While patrolling the area, officers noticed a suspiciously parked vehicle and approached it for inspection. Upon closer examination, they found two individuals actively consuming drugs. A precautionary search of the vehicle uncovered a bag of "Crystal Meth," narcotic pills identified as "Lyrica," and various drug paraphernalia. The two suspects were immediately taken into custody and, along with the confiscated drugs, referred to the General Department for Combating Drugs for further legal proceedings.
Security forces continue to intensify their operations against drug-related crimes, working diligently to track down and apprehend those involved in drug trafficking and abuse to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
