KUWAIT CITY, July 24: A young man was arrested for possessing and consuming liquor, and for driving under the influence. According to security sources, Jahra securitymen were patrolling Jahra when they noticed a man driving his vehicle in a reckless manner. They immediately stopped to check on him and noticed his disoriented behavior, and found a half-full liquor bottle in his vehicle. He was arrested and referred with the liquor bottle to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
