KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: Security authorities have placed an Egyptian employee of a delivery company on the wanted list for arrest upon his return to Kuwait after he was accused of misappropriating KD 1,900 belonging to his employer.

According to a security source, the company's legal representative filed a complaint at Fahaheel Police Station, stating that the employee had received KD 1,900 on behalf of the company in the course of his duties but allegedly failed to hand over the money.

The source said the company's management attempted to contact the employee and recover the amount, but his mobile phone remained switched off.

Further inquiries revealed that the employee had left the country, prompting the company to lodge an official complaint with the police.

The case was registered as a breach of trust and referred to the relevant authorities for investigation and legal action.

The employee's name has subsequently been placed on the wanted list, paving the way for his arrest if he re-enters Kuwait.
