KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: The Ministry of Interior's Residence Affairs Sector, represented by the General Department of Residence Affairs Investigations, has arrested an Egyptian expat on charges of forgery involving official documents in exchange for monetary payments.

According to investigations, the accused forged reports and medical records using seals of medical professionals without their knowledge or consent. The falsified documents were attributed to a medical center. Upon confirming the allegations, a specialized security team was formed to apprehend the suspect. An ambush was meticulously planned, during which the accused was contacted, lured, and arrested while caught red-handed submitting a forged report. The individual was subsequently referred to the relevant authorities for further legal proceedings.

The Ministry of Interior reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the nation’s security and upholding the law, warning against any actions that compromise the country's safety. Citizens and residents are urged to adhere to laws and regulations in the interest of national stability and societal welfare.
