KUWAIT CITY, Oct 3: The Society of Engineers, in collaboration with the Ministries of Municipality and Housing Affairs, reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in various fields of professional accreditation and skill development for engineers, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

This was emphasized during a meeting between the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Mishari, and the Chairman of the Engineers Association, Eng. Faisal Al-Atal. During the meeting, Eng. Al-Atal congratulated Minister Al-Mishari on his new role, presenting him with the association’s medal in recognition of his previous contributions as an active member of the Kuwaiti Architects Association.

Al-Atal expressed the association’s readiness to offer technical and professional support to engineers across various sectors, ensuring that work aligns with professional standards to achieve high-quality results in state projects, particularly those under Kuwait’s development plans. The meeting also focused on enhancing the accreditation processes for supervisory engineers within Kuwait Municipality and collaborating on the development of regulations for the engineering profession.
