KUWAIT CITY, Jan 19: In an unusual incident, an expatriate has reported being severely beaten by his ex-wife outside his residence in Hawally. The man, who filed a case at a local police station last Thursday, January 16, not only provided a detailed statement but also submitted a medical report from a government hospital confirming his injuries.

A 36 yr old expat, did not clarify the reasons behind the assault but mentioned that witnesses were present during the incident. According to security sources, the victim explained that his ex-wife, six years younger than him, visited his home from outside and called out to him. When he went outside to see who was calling, he was shocked to be verbally insulted, screamed at, and physically attacked by his ex-wife, causing visible injuries.

In another incident, a 1992-born young man filed a separate assault case at the Andalusia police station. He accused his older brother of physically assaulting him due to ongoing family disputes. The young man presented a medical report detailing abrasions and bruises on his body as a result of the altercation.

Both cases are currently under investigation, and authorities are following up on the incidents.
