KUWAIT CITY, Feb 11: The Misdemeanor Court of Appeals has overturned the ruling of the court of first instance imprisoning an expatriate for two years with hard work and deporting him from the country, after the public prosecution had attributed his arrest to embezzling 120,000 dinars belonging to a company for which he worked, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, that the man was arrested after a breach of trust case was filed at the Maidan Hawalli police station which said an investment contract was signed between a company and the accused, and that the suspect received two checkbooks in the name of the company, which the suspect had failed to return. However, the Appeals Court found him not guilty
