KUWAIT CITY, Feb 12: An expat worker was found dead in his residence at the Amghara scrap yard in what authorities suspect to be a case of suicide. According to security sources, the Ministry of Interior’s operations room received a report about the incident, prompting law enforcement officers to rush to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of a man in his forties, who had reportedly taken his own life by hanging himself from the ceiling of his room using a rope.
Investigations revealed that the deceased had received a phone call from his family shortly before the incident, though the details of the conversation remain unknown. Authorities have summoned forensic experts and a medical examiner, who ordered the body to be transferred to the morgue for further examination. The case remains under investigation.
