KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: Police are looking for an unidentified expatriate born in 1973 for ‘robbing’ a 34-year-old Kuwaiti. According to a complaint filed by the victim as the Abdullah Al-Salem Police Station, the suspect promised to sell and install a tracking device in his vehicle for a certain fee and after an agreement between both men, the victim paid 390 dinars advance. The complainant said the suspect works for an unidentified company and he met the suspect on the company premises. However, when the suspect failed to deliver the goods at the promised time, he tried to contact the man but was told by the company that the suspect had not reported to work for quite some time. The company also revealed that the payment was made under the suspect’s name and the money was not transferred to the company.
