KUWAIT CITY, Aug 22: A 34-year-old expatriate suffered the amputation of four fingers from his right hand while working with iron. The incident has been classified as a misdemeanor and a case has been registered under the title of injury at work.

The Ministry of Interior’s operations center received notification from a hospital about the injured expatriate’s arrival. An officer was dispatched to the hospital to take the injured man's statement. The expatriate confirmed that the accident occurred during his work while cutting iron.
