The company selling expired food items and molasses sees its doors shut

The company was found guilty of stockpiling expired food items and molasses, manipulating their expiration dates, and subsequently distributing them to restaurants and cafes. This reprehensible practice posed a significant threat to the health and safety of consumers, reports Al-Rai daily . In response to this violation, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has taken swift measures, including the closure of the implicated company. Legal proceedings against the perpetrators are currently underway, as the authorities are committed to upholding consumer safety and well-being.
