KUWAIT CITY, June 9: The Ministry of Interior apprehended a Lebanese individual following a dispute with his sibling in the Al-Salmiya area. The fight escalated when he allegedly stabbed his sibling in the neck with a knife. The victim was promptly transported to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital in Jabriya for medical attention. The conflict arose during a family discussion when the suspect criticized his brother's behavior, deeming it abnormal and concerning to the family.
