Fatal accident on Al-Ratqa road: One dead, three injured

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 21: This morning, firefighting teams responded to a serious accident involving two vehicles on Al-Ratqa Road in the Abdali area. The collision resulted in one fatality and three injuries. Emergency services worked at the scene to manage the situation, and the site has since been handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
