KUWAIT CITY, April 4: An unidentified man has been arrested for attempting to kill his daughter inside their flat in Jabriya area, reports Al-Rai daily.
When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a distress call from a 13-year old girl who said her father tried to kill her, Hawally securitymen were dispatched to the flat in Jabriya area, and both the father and daughter were referred for investigations on the incident.
The daughter informed securitymen that she managed to run into her room and lock the door before her father could kill her. However, her father denied the allegation. A case was registered, and further investigations are ongoing.
