KUWAIT CITY, Feb 19: The Public Authority for Civil Information changed its procedures for determining the percentage of profits from the service of delivering civil cards, of which the number of stacks in the authority is estimated at about 80,000 cards, leaving the option of determining it to the bidders who compete to win the contract that extends for 3 years, subject to renewal, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The authority will close the door for submitting bids for the card delivery auction on the Feb 23, the specifications brochure, of which Al-Qabas obtained a copy, revealed that the company that will win the award will be the one that will submit “the highest bid with a cut-off value of the delivery service fees, which is specified at two dinars” in favor of the authority, and the first contract was to determine the percentage of the commission at 650 fils for each card.
