KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: A transgender of Filipino nationality and an Egyptian expatriate who was with him were arrested in Hawally area, says Al-Seyassah. According to security sources, Criminal Security officers were patrolling Hawally area when they noticed two individuals standing behind a vehicle and one of them had tied his hair with a hair band. The officers checked their details to discover one was a Filipino transgender while the other is an Egyptian expatriate and both are working for a massage center in Hawally area.
