Biometrics Offices in Malls to Shut Down by October 1st

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 24: The Ministry of Interior stated today, that biometrics offices in shopping malls will be closed starting from October 1st.

In a statement from the General Department of Security Relations and Media, the ministry clarified that applicants will be served at the designated biometric fingerprinting centers within the Personal Investigation Departments under the General Department of Criminal Evidence. These centers will operate throughout the week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

It was emphasized that appointments must be booked in advance through the (Sahel) application before visiting these designated centers.

Until September 30th, biometric fingerprint services will still be available at the mall locations, including 360, Avenues, Al Kout Mall, Capital Mall, and the Ministries Complex, without the need for a prior appointment.
