A child's hand is trapped in the staircase railing of a shopping mall.
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 4: Firefighters from Al-Mangaf Center and the Search and Rescue Department responded to an incident on Monday evening where a child’s hand became trapped in the railing of a staircase at a shopping mall.
The firefighting teams were able to safely free the child’s hand from the railing. Once the child was secured, they were handed over to emergency medical services for further care.
