KUWAIT CITY, Oct 17: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, under the direction of Dr. Saud Al-Jalal, organized an inspection campaign in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior. The operation focused on food trucks, resulting in the issuance of five violation reports. Additionally, the Hawalli Governorate Inspection Department conducted a separate inspection tour of food establishments, leading to 18 various violations and the closure of four establishments. The violations included operating with an expired license, failure to meet general hygiene standards, handling food without a valid health certificate, employing workers without health certificates, and unauthorized use of additional space.
