Fourth Ring Road Closure Between Rawda and Surra

KUWAIT CITY, April 17: The General Traffic Department has announced that a section of Hussein Bin Ali Al-Rumi Road (Fourth Ring Road), between the Rawda and Surra areas in the direction of Shuwaikh, will be closed. The closure will extend from the Morocco Road Intersection Bridge (Bridge 40) to the Damascus Street Intersection Bridge, starting at dawn on Friday, and will remain in effect for one month.
