Fourth Ring Road Flyover Fully Reopens Toward Salmiya

KUWAIT CITY, April 8: The Traffic Affairs Sector has announced the complete opening of Hussein Bin Ali Al-Rumi Road (Fourth Ring Road) from the entrance at King Fahd Road (the overpass) heading toward Salmiya, effective from dawn on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
