LOS ANGELES, Nov 6,(Agencies): Kevin Hart is gearing up for an exhilarating cinematic adventure miles above the ground. The first trailer for the upcoming Netflix film "Lift" made its debut during the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys game on Fox.

In "Lift," the 44-year-old Hart takes on the role of Cyrus Whitaker, the leader of a daring heist team with a high-flying mission – to steal $500 million worth of gold from a passenger plane soaring at an altitude of 40,000 feet. This action-packed thriller also features an impressive ensemble cast, including Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D'Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno, Sam Worthington, Viveik Kalra, Yun Jee Kim, Burn Gorman, and Paul Anderson.

The film is directed by the acclaimed F. Gary Gray, known for his work on "The Italian Job" (2003), "Set It Off" (1996), "Friday" (1995), and "Straight Outta Compton" (2015). Kevin Hart, who is not only the star but also a producer through his Hartbeat company, expressed his excitement for the project when it was announced in September 2021.

He shared his enthusiasm on Facebook, saying, "All I can say is finally getting to work with F Gary Gray … This movie is a dream come true." Hart emphasized his commitment to raising the bar and finding projects that allow him to showcase personal growth, adding, "This film is going to be special!!!!!! Let’s gooooooooo!!!!!!! Hart's previous Netflix collaborations, including "Fatherhood" from 2021 and "The Man from Toronto" with Woody Harrelson and "Me Time" with Mark Wahlberg from 2022, are now available for streaming on the platform.
