The announcement was made by Noah on his podcast, "What Now? With Trevor Noah," during Wednesday night's episode. This upcoming event will mark Noah's fourth consecutive year as the host, a testament to the success and acclaim he has garnered in steering the prestigious awards show.
As anticipation builds for the 66th Grammys, SZA emerges as a prominent figure with an impressive nine nominations. Her powerful revenge anthem, "Kill Bill," seamlessly blending with an R&B ballad, has earned recognition in categories such as record of the year, song of the year, and best R&B performance. Additionally, her album "SOS" is nominated for album of the year and best progressive R&B album. This marks the second time SZA has received simultaneous nominations for record, album, and song in the same year.
Phoebe Bridgers closely follows with seven nominations, six of which are shared with her band, boygenius. Notable artists like Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, Brandy Clark, Jon Batiste, and producer Jack Antonoff have all secured six nominations each.
