KUWAIT CITY, Nov 27: Gulf Bank's Digital Transformation Program has been honored with two distinguished awards: "Best Digital Platform Implementation" and "Best Program Vision" at the 2024 IBSi Global FinTech Innovation Awards. The awards ceremony, held in Mumbai, India, gathered representatives from leading banks and companies around the world to celebrate innovation in financial services.
The IBSi Global FinTech Innovation Awards are internationally recognized for acknowledging financial institutions, technology providers, and developers who deliver groundbreaking solutions that enhance banking operations and financial services.

Gulf Bank’s strategic technology partner, Profinch, played a critical role in implementing the bank’s Digital Transformation Program. Using the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) platform, the program introduced services such as online customer onboarding, streamlined application processing, and enhanced digital payment capabilities for both retail and corporate clients.
