A delegation from the Executive Committee of the Arabian Gulf Cup Federation, led by Secretary-General Jassim Al-Rumaihi, inspects Sulaibikhat Club Stadium.

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 20: A delegation from the Executive Committee of the Arabian Gulf Cup Federation, led by Secretary-General Jassim Al-Rumaihi, inspected Sulaibikhat Club Stadium. This visit was part of the committee's inspection program to assess Kuwait's readiness to host the "Gulf 26" competitions, scheduled from December 21 to January 3.

The inspection was attended by Abdulaziz Al-Samhan, a member of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Football Association and the tournament director; Salah Al-Qanaei, Secretary-General of the KFA; Sarah Fleitah, Deputy Director of the Public Authority for Sports for Facilities, Maintenance, and Facilities Sector (on assignment); as well as other representatives from the Federation and the Public Authority for Sports. Dr. Muhammad Bou Abbas, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department at KFA also participated.

Despite earlier concerns about stadium readiness and discussions about potentially relocating the tournament, the Gulf delegation has confirmed that the event will proceed as scheduled in Kuwait.
