KUWAIT CITY, Aug 19: A GCC Citizen filed an FIR in Farwaniya Governorate police station, stating that he had paid a 500 dinar initial deposit to purchase a vehicle, but the seller stopped responding to his calls after receiving the money.

According to a security source, the Gulf national, who resides in Kuwait, informed the authorities that he lacked any official documentation proving the payment, which led to delays in the vehicle transfer. However, he did provide a copy of their WhatsApp conversations as evidence. A case was subsequently registered and handed over to an investigator, who classified it as a "breach of trust." The file has been referred to detectives, who are now working to locate and arrest the individual responsible.
