LOS ANGELES, March 2, (Agencies): Alaia Baldwin, the sister of Hailey Bieber, found herself in legal trouble after being arrested and charged with assault and battery following an incident at a Savannah, Georgia bar last weekend. The 31-year-old is alleged to have thrown a used tampon at a bartender and physically assaulted multiple bar employees.

The Savannah Police Department responded to a call around 2:30 am at Club Elan in downtown Savannah, where the manager reported that Alaia was being removed from the bar after vomiting in the bathroom. According to the police report, a bouncer had her in a "bear hug," but upon the manager's request to release her, Alaia reportedly kicked the bouncer. Security footage reviewed by the police allegedly showed Alaia forcing her way into a locked employee bathroom, with an employee instructing her to use the adjacent public restroom.

The incident occurred just days before Hailey Bieber and her husband, Justin Bieber, were spotted attending church in Beverly Hills. The couple, driving away in their Tesla Cybertruck, refrained from engaging with paparazzi inquiries about their marriage, amidst recent concerns raised by Hailey's father, Stephen Baldwin.
