If I want to transfer to a new company during this period, will the transfer is possible? There is news doing the rounds that Kuwait has stopped issuance of visas will the processing transfer visas be stopped also?

Answer: The directive that called for a halt in issuing of visas was restricted to visas for new arrivals and had nothing to do with visa transfers or processing of residence permits
