KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14: The Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) has announced the referral of supervisors and employees from the Ministry of Health to the Public Prosecution on suspicion of misappropriating public funds. This action is part of Nazaha's ongoing efforts to combat corruption, mitigate its risks, and hold offenders accountable, in line with its mandate under Law No. 2 of 2016 and its executive regulations. The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to investigating all credible information that meets the established criteria, as it continues to uphold transparency and accountability in public service.
