KUWAIT CITY, Oct 11: The Criminal Court has postponed the case of the murder of Kuwaiti citizen Abdulaziz Al-Zaatari to Oct 31, to listen to the final arguments.
Earlier it was reported that Al-Zaatari was shot to death by his friend in front of his home who had apparently pumped 12 bullets into his body using a gun killing the man on the spot.
The incident happened on April 10 of last year. After committing the crime the suspect escaped but was arrested within a short time.
The security authorities at that time had also found the murder weapon and the suspect has handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department.
