KUWAIT CITY, Jan 1: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad has exchanged congratulatory cables with leaders of Arab and friendly nations to mark the arrival of the New Year 2025.
The gesture reflects Kuwait’s commitment to fostering goodwill and strengthening ties with both regional and international partners as the New Year begins.
