Holders of false disability documents to face law; ‘must return cash’

Acting Director General of PADA, Wafaa Al-Muhanna, informed the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that this measure is part of efforts to uphold the law following the discovery of numerous cases where individuals acquired disability certificates and associated benefits without justification.

The Acting Director General emphasized PADA’s commitment to enforcing the law with transparency and rigor, aiming to build a society rooted in justice and equality. She reiterated that full support would be directed to those who are legally entitled to these benefits. This initiative refl ects a proactive approach to addressing fraudulent claims while ensuring that resources are allocated to individuals who genuinely qualify under the law.
